It's all become too much for my anxiety levels. I like to go somewhere and stay for awhile. Yet, when young I could throw a few things in a bag and go anywhere, whether by car or by plane. Eat anything, stay in any type of accommodation. It's amazing that we think we can push through anything and not suffer the consequences isn't it? And I laughed about kale being the magic bullet but how soon we'd get tired of it and want something else (aren't we fickle?!) I hope your soft crumbly innards are feeling much happier - and if they taught you to rest and balance things better than the experience wasn't all for nothing (and I'm glad you still had an enjoyable vacation).<br />MLSTL and I've shared on my SM :)Leannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05623420015695351280noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7041834369094012241.post-86931659411270683492018-11-15T16:10:12.814-07:002018-11-15T16:10:12.814-07:00Thank you for sharing how you found the beauty in ...Thank you for sharing how you found the beauty in your pain. Sedona is gorgeous, isn't it? I've still not made it to the Grand Canyon - maybe some day. #MLSTLJanet Cobbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05163979332125772105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7041834369094012241.post-69873185904746356762018-11-15T08:43:25.078-07:002018-11-15T08:43:25.078-07:00I adore the comment about kale. I know I said to my mom, when she was 75 I think and getting a new heart valve, know your warranties are all expired now, it's time for replacement parts. Yes, she laughed. I agree with your comments... it's time to listen to my body and adjust accordingly! Thanks for the laugh and the insight.
